The following is a list of available appointments. Unless otherwise noted, each appointment available is for one hour only. Longer appointments may be arranged by calling the office. To schedule, please call 464-5119 or e-mail psijourney@comcast.net.  This calendar is updated as regularly as possible and provides a framework of what may be available. But even if an hour or a day seems booked, please feel free to call regarding potential cancellations. Conversely, a time frame may appear to be open, but call to verify that it is not being reserved as you are viewing it.

***FLU ALERT: During this current outbreak, and always, there are many things that we do to help prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. Here at the office, surfaces are disinfected before and after each treatment. Linens are washed in a special, non-irritating detergent containing grapefruit seed extract, a known anti-microbial. Sanitary procedures are adhered to in the strictest of terms. Also, if I am ill (which is, thankfully, rare), I will call you and re-schedule your appointment. Please do the same. Even if you become ill shortly before your appointment, please call and re-schedule. Naturally, there is no penalty for a last minute re-schedule based on illness. The flu comes on rather fast. Better safe than sorry. We all appreciate the consideration.

**Appointments on this day were booked in advance. Please feel free to notify me if you would like to be placed on a cancellation list for your desired appointment. Cancellations do occur and I will definitely call you, provided that the cancellation notice is received by me in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience.

Cancellation Policy: You will be charged the full fee for any missed appointments without a full 24-hour cancellation notice (except, of course, in extreme emergency). Example, if you are scheduled for a 4 pm on a particular day, the courtesy of a notice must be RECEIVED by me BEFORE 4 pm on the PREVIOUS day. Same day notification will not suffice. I keep a running cancellation list for those who are waiting for an appointment and I may not be able to reach them at the last minute.
This cancellation notice MUST be given by phone only (Please call 603-464-5119). An e-mail notice of your cancellation is insufficent.

Also, your promptness is appreciated. We all like things to run smoothly and happen on time. When you are late, it creates a wave of lateness that can affect other prompt clients who deserve to have their appointments occur on time.  We all have unavoidable delays in our lives and allowances MAY be made in so far as another client's appointed time is unaffected. However, out of respect for the clients scheduled after your treatment time, if you are late, you will only be offered that part of your appointment time that is still available to you and you will be charged the full fee. Thank you for your understanding.
